HOW TO USE?

Shake the bottle so the two layers of liquid are completely mixed together.

Soak remover onto a cotton pad.

Place soaked cotton pad over eyes and lips and wait a few seconds for remover to start dissolving makeup.

Gently sweep the remaining makeup off of eyes and lips.
