How to use: Apply Retro Matte to lips using the edge of the applicator for a smooth, sharp shape. Use the tip of the applicator to perfect your application. For a diffused look, try blending out the edges with a lip brush before it dries. Apply your chosen eyeshadows all over the lid using an eyeshadow brush, using a pressing motion to build color for a bolder look.
